Cancellation Policy
1. Before canceling, consider rescheduling—all cancelled deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Use the links in your confirmation email to manage changes.
3. You must reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to transfer your deposit.
4. One reschedule is allowed, and it must be booked within 30 days of your original date.
5. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice or try to reschedule a second time, your appointment will be cancelled and a new booking + deposit will be required.
Reminder: Reschedules must meet the timing guidelines to avoid losing your deposit.
